- ✕Use your reflections to train AI models or algorithms
- ✕Analyze your content for advertising purposes
- ✕Show you targeted ads based on what you've written
- ✕Access your reflections for any purpose beyond providing your service
How your data is stored
Your reflections and dialogues are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use trusted cloud infrastructure with data centers that meet rigorous security certifications.
Your content is only accessible to you through your authenticated account. Our team does not read your personal reflections.
Data retention
When your journey ends naturally or you choose to close early, your data remains accessible for 30 days in case you wish to return.
When you delete your account, all your data is permanently erased within 30 days. There is no recovery after this point.
Your rights
